In November, shippers felt the impact of proactive holiday shopping due to the restricted supply chain. Capacity remained tight, rates evaluated, and rejection continued to hover around 18% to 20%. The Port of LA/LB hit a new record of vessels at anchor with 86 while fuel cost continued to rise.
