We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to build relationships with temp control trucking companies to move freight for our customers. The Carrier Sales Representative will work closely with our operations team and client service team to understand the needs of each customer to find carrier partners that fit into our customer strategy. 

Carrier Sales Representative - Temp Control Specialist Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain carrier relationships with Temp Control Carriers
• Source/negotiate with qualified carriers to move freight
• Manage updates, communications, and movements on behalf of customers
• Maintain documentation to ensure all compliance standards are met
• Manager carrier satisfaction metrics
• Manage carrier performance metrics
• Set and achieve SMART Goals
  

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• 1 to 3 years Temp Control sourcing experience
• Strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Driven and competitive nature with strong problem solving abilities
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using a Windows-based computer
• Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Sales, negotiation or communication experience preferred
